Triple Goddess - 4 Day Yoga Retreat

This 4 day/4 night yoga retreat in the beautiful backlands of Byron Bay creates a wonderful healing winter escape with lots of of yoga and mindfulness sessions, delicious food, stunning retreat grounds, and plenty of time to enjoy the amazing surrounding nature, to swim and relax.

The Goddess represents what is hidden, secret, subtle and sensitive - what has to be searched out and discovered. She represents both the teaching and its comprehension. She is the inner guiding power. In our process of self-discovery the goddess becomes the muse who guides and inspires us. She unfolds our inner truths.​

The Triple Goddess is Shakti, the Supreme Being, manifested as Saraswati, Lakshmi and Parvati. Saraswati is cosmic intelligence, cosmic consciousness, and cosmic knowledge. Lakshmi signifies abstract prosperity such as glory, magnificence, joy, exaltation, and greatness. Parvati is the goddess of power, war, beauty, and love. Using the power of the yoga practices of The Goddess Sequences, you will be exploring these qualities of Shakti within yourself. 

Anneriek creates a trusting and open environment to explore your inner Shakti. Each day typically includes: morning meditation, 2 asana sessions (flow and yin), philosophy/theory session and other theme related activities. A 2-hr healing spa circuit is part of the retreat.

The retreat starts Wednesday the 26th of January at 5PM and finishes Sunday the 30th of January at 9AM.

This retreat is held at the beautiful GYMEA Eco Retreat Centre and Healing Spa which is a sustainable eco retreat venue and healing spa positioned at the base of majestic Wollumbin (Mt Warning) in the northern rivers region of New South Wales. Gymea eco retreat centre's rooms are all equipped with 5-Star eco beds. All room furnishings are organic or biodynamic and all rooms, although modest in size, are conveniently located and have their own storage, shower, basin, toilet and individual art.
