Awakened You - 4 Day Retreat

This 4 day/4 night yoga retreat in the beautiful backlands of Byron Bay, creates a wonderful healing summer escape with lots of of yoga, meditation, workshops, delicious food, stunning retreat grounds, and plenty of time to enjoy the amazing surrounding nature, to swim and relax. ​

Working with the Wisdom Goddesses, in this retreat we'll be exploring our own softer side, connecting to our intuition and deep wisdom. We will be exploring our inner guiding power, unfolding our inner truths, being guided by both the quality of Love (Shringara) and Peace (Shanti).​

Anneriek creates a trusting and open environment to explore your inner wisdom. Each day typically includes: Morning meditation, 2 asana sessions (flow and yin), workshop (philosophy/theory) and other theme related activities. A 2hr healing Spa circuit is part of the retreat.

This retreat is suitable for all levels of experience as long as you are interested to deepen your yoga practice and are open to explore new aspects of yoga journey.

DATES

The retreat starts Wednesday the 25th of January at 5PM and finished Sunday the 29th of January at 9AM.

This retreat is held at the beautiful GYMEA Eco Retreat Centre and Healing Spa which is a sustainable eco retreat venue & healing spa positioned at the base of majestic Wollumbin (Mt Warning) in the northern rivers region of New South Wales. ACCOMODATION

Gymea eco retreat centre's rooms are all equipped with 5-Star eco beds. All room furnishings are organic or biodynamic and all rooms, although modest in size, are conveniently located and have their own storage, shower, basin, toilet and individual art.
